Im selling my share at only 100,000.00, this is very very cheap already.

If you buy, Club Ultima, you buy a share, the type is Individual A. Lifetime Membership.

This Share has been fully paid already, thats why this is Certificate ready.

There are Monthly dues for the club at 1,060. 500 is consumable.

Benefits of a Club Ultima Member:

Yearly Overnight stay at any crown regency hotels (Davao, Boracay, Cebu Mactan)

Use the amenities (e.g. Pool) and have discounts at any club ultima (Spa, Gym, Restaurants).
