    Something like this:

Unless those tubes in your diagram is made of fiber-optics (very expensive!) this idea will (literally) not hold water. And another is that your light source must have a candle power of at least half that of the sun (again, the closest being the electric arc produced by a welding rod) for this idea to actually work even with fiber-optics in place.

BTW, this idea will work even WITHOUT the bleach--the bleach is only there to kill algae or any living organisms that could minimize the transparency of both water and the bottle.

That guy is doing lots of things with plastic bottles--I believe he spearheaded a project wherein they used plastic softdrink bottles to build a school.

Now I actually watched the video...non-combustible process man diay ni meaning no emmissions
my bad I was too eager to lash out sorry
Im just tired of those so called feat such as inventions that could just lead us to false bravados

I guess what they need with this is a some sort of power reservoir or cell to store energy that produce
enough synthetic sun just enough to activate the luminous properties of the water/bleach solution

Or is it the uv-rays of the sun actually making this work or just the simple hard light?

the thing here is kinahanglan pa diay ug sunlight
so at least theirs a way of amplifying sunlight
the real trick here is harnessing the source than can still be utilized on night time, which the need really matters, or the absence of it
