Sir have you tried going to the one I suggested? They also have bass amps from Japan na mga nindot as well as bass guitars..

I went there this morning and saw 1 bass guitar --- Vintage Japan. Price is P5.5k -- owner said negotiable to 5K but i know it still can be lower.

Well, i tried to test the guitar but i dont know if it sounds good or not...The controls are functioning though i dont know what it is for.

Klaro kaayo ko way alamag. hehehehe

Anyway, i got a base price for surplus items...which is just the same as those in Metro Gaisano.

Next stop -- JB.

SX is around 8k up.... sakit sa bulsa

cheapest is Fernando around 5k

hhhmmmm mapunta tingali ko sa surplus ani.... with 5k naa na amp dala.

problem now...how to select a good bass guitar.

Look at the neck make sure it is not bent or twisted.

Watch for the spacing between the strings and the fret board. one of the ways is to feel that you don't need to press hard on the strings before it hit the frets (esp. the ones going to the bridge).

Try if it works. if it goes out to the amp.

From there you will learn your preference, like acoustic properties (wood), balance, feel, sound, and etc..

I'm sure a lot of people here will be able to share their tips how to pick a bass..

interested pod ko mupalit, beginneres pa kaayo pod ko. okay kaha ng mga surplus bay? plano pod nako mupalit kanang sa gaisano, barato ra then naay sale(10-20%) karong 15-16(gaisano lapu-lapu ra siguro),, magduha2x na noon kog palit sa gaisano ani, i tried adto sa JB, murag wala silay mga 5k. 6k man akong nabantayan, pero naa silay flashflood sale starting karon na day, basin makabarato pa,.
