The U.S. government has no money for a manned lunar mission in the near future, but China has tons of it, and does plan to have a manned landing by 2025. Since all of us (hopefully) in this thread would still be alive by that time, all we need to do is wait until the Chinese arrive there and hopefully pass over or land near the Apollo landing sites. There's no better proof than an even like that.

You're 7 years late in the news Coco. That plan has already been scrapped. Right now the US has NO plans on any manned mission to the moon. What is being proposed is:

a) A manned mission to an asteroid
b) Long-term goal of Manned Mars Landing

A US manned mission to the moon won't be happening in the near future. Rodsky is right, the US right now has no money to spend and is having a hard time paying its debts. The US is reaching the debt ceiling. As an American taxpayer, I'd be more concerned about not getting laid off than the govt paying billions of dollars sending man back to the moon.

Obama is the new face of the builderberg group. Americans should not trust this guy.
In his few first days in office he passed the stimulus fund and it was lost. billions of dollars was diverted from U.S. treasury to unaccountable transactions. Of course he will want another Apollo. but if you are inside the "INNER CORE" of that group, they have their own agenda.
they have their own separate meetings.
they have the power to choose any president on any country.
And, there are activities that are done without the knowledge of the regular members.
