also i noticed my Chinese colleagues they don't drink cold water in the office, they will just add hot water to make it warm.

im not surprised sir,most chinese people dont drink cold beverages either a hot tea after meal or just plain water. .my granny was the same.

hmm.. i'm not a fan of cold water either. i'm prone to tonsillitis so I avoid it.

Last year when I went to Hong-Kong/Macau I asked for water and the waitress gave me hot water. heheh... ang insik di gyud mo inom ug bugnaw.

honestly? i dont go for hot water after meal (i dont think i ever can) but i am a big tea drinker,i always have at least 3 cups a day cause i dont drink coffee. my granny is part chinese and ive never seen her drink cold beverages after meal and i really think she's boring for that reason because either she drinks tea or just warm water would do her. and in philippines, if you go to a restaurant, most restaurants dont offer teas or hot water .i remember her bringing her own tea bag and asking the waitress for a hot water. i think its just so much dramas and then i realize that she;s right all along. .stupid me.

i didnt know that drinking cold beverages can lead to heart attacks eventually sir but i seldom drink cold drinks anwyays . i will settle for a hot tea after meal or just plain water,i dont like ice.never been.

but first thing in the morning,i always drink a glass of water or two before jumping in the shower. (not because of this reason) but because i feel thirsty all the time even when i get up .
