instead of building and reconstruction roads and flyovers, why not iincrease ang budget for education and build schools didto sa mga mountains and sa mga layo jud kaayo nga mga lugar para dili na hagu mubyahe ang mga bata (labi nga mga natives nato) para lan muskwela?
