Default Network Marketing Business: What the public should know?

    thisbe.ara,
What drives me to be repugnant :. How they practice there marketing (e.g. low quality of there real products (if there are), stiff price against competitor & recruitment strategy) in Pinas. I'm hoping MLM folks will address my concern with clear visibility to there recruits, instead of presenting a screen saver about there business.

That is the KEYWORD " SOME COMPANIES ", that is why potential MLM members should be aware and get oriented of what MLM is really all about first . Not just join and then cry later because he/she was scammed or did not meet the expectations as promised .

Same to you also GONDOR and hope seeing you around here aron di naka ma NEWBIE after a couple more posts ....hehehe

Bizarre, one of the main reason why there are a lot of new members riding the wagon cause MLM folks promise money without working real hard.

The less satisfaction we derive from being ourselves, the greater is our desire to satisfy others.

Peace be with you! You have a good question that needs a good answer.

I can't tell you the exact percentage of those who are not making money in the Network Marketing/MLM industry, but I can tell you the attrition rate ( LOSS of CUSTOMERS/Distributors) per year. Just like in any business, there's always a certain percentage of ATTRITION.

Annually many left the industry, it's more than 95%. This rate is normal in Network Marketing/MLM industry. The REason of leaving is the SAme reason why they join the industry, the potential money/income.

Many join MLM because of the money. They see people are making money. They also want to earn, of course. But they join with inadequate understanding how these people earned. At a deeper level, how the business/industry really works, they don't know. They join because they see the money. Most of them don't have a good grasp of the basics of a BUSINESS. Simply because, most of them are employees not business people. They don't have an idea of what is a good or bad business.

Many also left because of the money. Some didn't earn. Some earn but their earning stops coming in, so they stop. As a result, many of them blame the company, and spread bad words about the industry. Some of them tell themselves MLM is not for them. Some of them think this industry don't work, that it is a SCAM.

Sad to say, many, even those who are already making money in this industry, don't have a deep understanding of their business. Many of them are jumping from one company to another because they don't have an idea of what is best for them.

There are so many sad stories and a few good stories of the people who decided to leave their jobs and joined the Network Marketing Industry.

But I tell you, many of them don't exactly know what this industry is all about. There many BAD companies, and a few good companies in the Network Marketing Industry. But so sad, many of the networkers can't tell which is which.

I hope I have given you a simple picture, partly, of the Network Marketing Industry.

But please understand, this industry is GREAT!

    With much respect and admiration,

    Gondor

Sounds fair enough, no smoke nor screen saver on your perspective. If you'll notice, i didn't bug-down the MLM concepts cause i'm a believer of a concept developed by great mind is/are good for everybody. What bother me most of thy so called persuasive networkers. There strategy and practice in NM. Wish there are lot of gondor's in the midst of the NM Industry.

Excerpt from your reply above "many of them don't exactly know what this industry is all about". So what shall you expect of this kinda folks once they start hunting (downliners)? I assume an inane idea will pour over there mindset, once they start recruiting or talking to there recruits. They'll try to paint a vivid masterpiece without any validation of its fundamentals. I simply call it a HOAX.

@kalinaw my friend, again as what gondor said, the concept of MLM is great.. for people to hinder themselves on learning in what they are going into is not the problem of the MLM concept but the person himself.. let's say maayo na ang company.. by maayo nga company, i mean they provided you already with trainings, education, opportunities, sales aids, anything to keep you competent (bali hapit gi-spoonfeed na lang ba..kuwang na lang monganga ka) and yet, wala ni gidawat sa ning-join, then of course, sala na jud na sa taw.. not sa MLM concept.. again, if the company doesn't give enough necessities to equip you, sala na sa company, not the MLM concept..
bottomline is, MLM is never a hoax.. just take a closer look lang at the company and the person himself..

I believe we are on the same page that MLM concepts isn't hoax and you'll notice that statement on my reply to gondor (i didn't bug-down the MLM concepts cause i'm a believer of a concept developed by great mind is/was (err: are) good for everybody).

I'm please if you can re-scan my replies & you'll notice what drive my repugnance. In my argument presented earlier, you'll notice i mentioned persuasive networkers. I believe its clear & correlated that i address or name call there NM strategy as hoax not the MLM concept. Why its a hoax? they presented there NM strategy without any validation of its fundamentals. Gondor may attest my statement: Sad to say, many, even those who are already making money in this industry, don't have a deep understanding of their business & I tell you, many of them don't exactly know what this industry is all about.

Now i lay off my hands to this topic or any related topics ( Pyramid, MLM & Binary) cause i already presented what i suppose to stand for and i'm hoping we are clear on this my dearest friend
