The only way this is going to work is if they improve that intersection sa salinas drive and banilad road.

Traffic there has been really horrible.

okay pod hino-on nagka sinabot na silang mayor rama...but deli unta lang neh dali2x-on unahon sa ang traffic system aron deli ma prohesyo ang publico.

Diba mall, residential, hotel ug commercial spaces ang himoon sa CIUDAD project. Unsaon mani e baligya inig human or pre-selling? Or pa rentahan lang sa Province of Cebu?

Tommy's opposition of the Ciudad project was merely a product of his political conflict with Governor Gwen. He has been saying that this will cause congestion in the Banilad-Talamban road, but ironically, the Ciudad project is a solution to the problem. The Ciudad project will open more road networks going from uptown Cebu to the north. More road networks would mean more diversion of traffic from the Ban-Tal road to the peripheries of the Ciudad development. In fact, as of now there is only one road connecting Talamban to the rest of Cebu City and that poses a problem since traffic there worsens every year. This project is already due and thanks to Mayor Mike and Gov. Gwen, this will bring more benefits to Cebu than problems as what Tomas has been saying all these years. Let's support this project, we need more cooperation between the City Government and the Province of Cebu.

Bai, do you live in Ban-tal area? What decongestion are you talking about? Even though they will open more roads at the IT park, it will still congest in the crossroads, shell Banilad & Tesda flyover area. The bottleneck is there. Why don't they resolve the problem there first before they add more problems. This project has been all but questionable. All Capitol initiated projects are questionable. Tomas may have politically motivated agenda of his opposition but indeed this is a traffic nightmare for us & again, a milking cow for a few.

Aw 10% lang ani nga project another millions na pud ni sa panudlanan nilang gov.Gwen..hehehe!Klaro na lang...Pagka hayahay sa life nila..kita ani kayod lang gyud ta ug ato..bayad tax para sa chosen few nga maka benefit sa atong tax gi bayad..sigh!
