common sense. we develop common sense through education but there is really no point in being the smartest if u don't have the capacity to apply them properly. reality always has its own way of straying from theories and if u don't have the common sense to decide what to do, you may lose a big chance based on that event.

I have been touched by Kerry Packer's life story, his one of the richest man in australia and his dyslectic (cant comprehend written words) and due to this he became a high school drop out. this guy made billions of dollars without depending on books. and alot more of successful businessmen didnt finish school. bill gates didnt finish college, so what do you think?is it really being a booksmart can get you somewhere or having a common sense which is far too common lately?

ive been around for awhile, this i can say about common sense:

it is very uncommon!

that is the mockery of semantics. common sense we call it, but more like stupidity abounds. that includes booksmart too. see, it is an encompassing subject matter. some people live their lives based on values learned from books, or printed rules.

i prefer being a realist, and being practical. simply practical.
