@john_24 > we have more than 20 fascinating dive sites around mactan island..my group normally goes out on a weekend dive SAT or SUN..rates vary according to the dive destinations and number of divers that will join the trip..average rates goes from 1,5-2,5k for 2 dives including lunch, weights, and dive master..if you dont have equipment, you can rent at the diveshop for 1k per set (whole day use)..

HUGE trevally JACK FISHES now dwelling on shallow waters of GILUTUNGAN marine sanctuary!..pinakagamay na ug timbang ang 6 kilos..the biggest was around 40 kg. a piece!..

@lanceriley > i have not seen the scubapro model that u have mentioned, the last time i was in pacifica was like 3 months ago and i saw a couple of scubapro new fin models..I still have not heard about reviews on the NOVA from my dive colleagues yet though..If you are looking for less tiring but POWERFUL thrusts, SCUBAPRO jetfins is still BEST until this time..There's one jet fin replica that's made in taiwan sold by AQUAMUNDO (agila) right now..it's quite cheaper than the jetfin but it's PERFORMANCE is quite good..

after much debating... and counting my money... my friends and I just went with the scubapro jet fins. I had my 1st dive with my owned gears last sunday. actually 2 dives.. I love it. we dived with a dive master. I haven't had my open water license yet. will take 1 more fun dive. then next month. Open water Padi license na..

@ lanceriley > nice to know that bro!..welcome to the JETFIN family!..i had been a jetfin user for more than 10 years now..i find them very RELIABLE during each dive i make may it be FUN or WORKING dive!..just for added info, JETFINS are the most widely used by PROFESSIONALS and TECHNICAL DIVERS..next to it is the MARES plana avante TRES and QUATTRO..
