My previous proposal is related to this. Food business may have problems with shelf-life. However my proposal is such that your fish and vegetables do not rot or get damaged as long as your system is well balanced. Fish and vegetables - live and fresh from your backyard, you need only as much as 4 square meter to produce so much fish compared to the hectares required by the conventional philippine standard of producing fish. If indeed you have extremely limited space - as in apartments - grow your plants - kangkong and vege's vertically - vertical gardens.

Since it is a scaled down model/demo the economics of it is not readily available although in the US and other countries this has already been practiced. Instead of using big ponds-hectares, far from your residence, where you could have so many disadvantages when it comes to transportation, supervision and perhaps loss of your produce, while in your backyard it can be secured (apart from your neighbors you may from time to time ask for your produce-anyhow share) Philippine pond standard is 5 fish per sq. meter/ US standard reciculating is 150 to 200 fishes per sq. meter, modular and expandable ponds as your grow. The bonus is you can grow your kangkong, tomatoes, lettuce, etc., vegetables, truly sustainable and organic, no chemical, no fertilizer, etc., grow as you learn.

Basically, it depends on how much volume you want to sell and the construction, with 150K you can already have about 20 ponds of 1 sq. meters or 40 sq.meter footprint at 200 fishes per sq. meter total of 8000 fishes-annual 2 harvest. Assuming you do not use the water as fertilizer and instead just use a bio-filter and just for fish production only and no vegetables.

Smallest can be a small aquarium on your table.

If you can get in touch with me without me getting banned here, not sure how to go about it - as the headlines show no referrals, no recruiting, no selling of fingerlings...

For me UITF or Mutual fund will do as long as you know your goal. Short term or long term and its depend on your risk of appetite.
