Dont Buy any Pc parts @ CBX. Very Bad Service.

mga bro mau siguro e report na sila sa DTI kay on my experience dili lang nako e mention ang store when i buy a pc parts then it was defective unya dili sila mo replace kay ako daw naka guba mao ni reklamo ko sa DTI instead and ila bayaran sa akoa is ang parts ra nakabayad no-on sila ug worth 80T including sa mga charges sa atty nako ang nahitabo naka palit noon ko another pc.

ga configure ko ug specs sa PC nya gi order sa akong gi tabangan didto.

ang sulti sa electro , dili sila mo pasalig mo dagan kay dili daw sila ga configure sa specs... ila jud gi butang ni sa ilang proposal. na unsa, nga sila man unta ang expert sa computer , manghunaw man dayon imbis ilang i.verify nila if sakto bah ang specs. Unsa pa may service imo apason nga nanghunaw na man gani. ang uban tindahan ako gi pangayu.an sa specs, wa may reklamo. pagka polpol jud aning electro....

actually , akong configuration was already tested a couple of times but wa lang ko mo sulti nila para unta sila maningkamot ug research kay sila gud expert.

Here is what I observed in PC Quickbuys... technicians there are either snobs or too lazy. They wont answer your question to the point nor really bother to entertain you. Several times I asked many questions only to be answered half-heartedly or not straight to the point.

daqqs and all!!!,,, guys i resepct all your opinions and suggestions based on waht you are experiencing....but let us know on the otherhand what have they done good to others, but just what i mean we have to be careful today of choosing the right one for us....

im actually a sales person of a computer shop based here in cebu...i know lots of it that some customers experiencing that kind of negative results in that pc stores...but guys i am reccommending to try that RACI Computer located at 123 f ramos st. We give best deals, im not saying we are the nicest in all, but we insist to reccommend nice and good going parts for customers convenient...

we suggest and accept corrections to the customers client cz we always respect customers...if ever we see something wrong with the product you purchase its not the companys fault cz there is posibility that its factiry defect..so have to try to get the solution...

if there is warranty thats nice,,,no problem with that...always remember everything created in life is not long lasting..so better we have to ve carefull.....RYT GUYS??.....i need feedback...try to go here in our store...my personal number....09282841804

we've bought several from ur store already...including 2 21" monitors and lots of thumbs up POST
for RACCI.

mao jud boss salamat sa imong info....ato unya na ipa inform sa department of trade bawal man na ilang gibuhat boss!!!!! and to all the victim dont be afraid to inform or to get ur money back.... its ur rights as a end user or consumer.........sakto sad na si boss butitoy bati jud ang service sa cbx...mahal sad kaayu.......... unya unyaon nalang ta kong warranty na..........cge lang boss ako sad i try inyo store kong unsa ka tinood imong gi inform sa ato mga member diri basin istorya lang sad ka ... kay naa raba theory na more talk more mistake less talk less mistake no talk no mistake!!!!!!i hope tinood na imo boss na maayu inyong service............... :mrgreen:
