I suggest that you DON'T cut his relationship with his GF. He's still very young and is very impuslive with emotions. He may start hating you for it.

I know your intentions are good, and i understand fully, since i have younger brothers of my own. But let him make his mistakes so that he can learn from it. The best thing you can do now is educate him on "safe ***". Don't do it in a nagging way, coz he'll just shut your advice away. Talk to him like u want to help. Better yet, talk to his GF. Give her advice on how to use pills or condoms.

Boys are very very strong willed when it comes to girls whom they are obsessed with. Regardless if family members oppose, they won't listen.

Instead of going against him, and stopping him along the way, guide him along the path he has taken. Just remind him that these are all his decisions that he has made. And if the result ends badly, then he has only himself to blame for the consequences.
