As we always say, INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY...
There is always what we call DUE PROCESS, and based on your part, it is safe to say that they're not following the procedure..

You may call it ORAL DEFAMATION or HARASSMENT perhaps, for doing such thing as pagpakauwaw sa imoha in a situation like that..

If given that circumstances, I could have asked to call the police and investigate the said incident... I could have said, nara ang bayad ohh(sabay lapag og 100), keep the change sabay ingon, kita tas korte for harassment case i'll file for you... or insultuhon siya, kaila kag TANGA? tuara aie..inyung cashier..hahahah
