6 months nko nag volunteer sa lapu2x city hospital. i'm on my last month as a volunteer, and ma sulod nko as reliever starting next month..

that's nice. ako magstart pa next week sa miller but 3 months ra. do you know if accepting pa ang lapu lapu ug volunteers? kay para inig human nako naa unta koy masudlan sunod.

yes nag sige pa sila ug accept ug new volunteers, 3 months nlng gyud ka didto unlike sa amo na pwede ra mu abot ug 6 months,,..

my first and last. Camp Lapu2x Station Hospital. nice environment. nice staff although naay uban bati batasan. mangluyo murag muslim. pero experience wise kat-on gyud ka kay mga nurse veterano kaayo. nya you can be acquainted pud incase you like to be in the military service as a military nurse.... buotan pa gyud ang mga military nurse. nya mga gwapa ayo ang mga nurses from the navy and airforce...

Ang maka encounter nga experiences kung mag volunteer kay usahay masipyat masayup, kasaba sa doctor, kasaba sa pasyente, gubot nga schedule inig duty haha.

nindot unta volunteer kay you really learn a lot. nindot nga adjustment period towards the professional world. dle kaau pressured but you are doing almost everything your partner staff does. pero kung makita nila nga well performing ka, mura man mahadlok mailogan. imbes nga malipay kay nakita nila nga nakat-un ka. bisan kaila nimu dle mutabang kay hadlok malabwan. insecure! hmp! kapait lang kung volunteer ta kay wala jud ta power. sala ba diay nato kung dali ta makat-un, unya naappreciate sa mga doctor? if they feel threatened by you, wala na, padaplin na lang siguro imu application. i've learned my lesson. adto na lang ko sa mu-appreciate sa akong credentials. grabeh jud kaau ni ang "crab mentality" sa mga pinoy oi. it was a very sad experience for me.

yes pro i think mangayu gihapon ka ug recommendation sa city hall.. na.a mn koi friends na ng duty sila na dili taga LLC but sauna pa to, i dunno lng sa karon kai mana naman kog volunteer..

been a CGH volunteer for six months. challenging kaayo didto labi nag daghan kaayo patiente, wa nalay kan-
anay, kay daghan kaayo atimanun. first duty nako was sa E.R., nindot kaayo ang experience labi nag naay mga accidents, kaigit. then i was transferred to different wards, medication nurse akong function didto. hasta ka kakapoy labi na nang manitol, pirti kagahi i withdraw, mu-crystalize pa jud dayon. kanang re-insertion of iv, daghan kaayo na didto.

Ayaw mo ka discourage anang volunteer ky ma credit na imong experience dri sa abroad...

Mga classmates nko sa Competency Assessment Program nko dri sa NZ ky mga volunteer/reliever experience ra to cla pero ng abot ug tag 1 year plus...

Ako ra niay experience as a staff nurse...

Karon pareha nami NZRN and awaiting our registration number from the Nursing Council in New Zealand...

I was a nurse volunteer in the ED at Minglanilla District Hospital for 8 months and was an ICU staff Nurse at SVGH...

Every 3 months manawat ug new batch of trainees ang SVGH... Dako kaayo ako pasalamat ug appreciation sa mga trainess... Pinangga kaayo to nko ang akong mga shadow sa una... Rewarding ma mentor...
