i have been reading the comments of some of the members about what just happened today...and yes, it has become a fight of pride, and its something im tired of.

arent you tired of this? frankly i am... if i was wrong on something, then i was wrong of it. if you misinterpreted the thread ive made, the hell with it. if you think i do not understand your rules, like i care. you called me bogo for mispelling your name, a smart ass, and all the names you like to call me...fyn! it does not affect me a bit. want me to ask for an apology, then you'll get it. want me to say out loud that ive been a smartass, ok then. want me to say that your right...sure you are.

there really are times when mods like vern, gareb and even Visual C#, among others would seem obnoxious and arrogant, if you must say but i also have to admit that more often than not, they're right.

Hmmm... mods aren't all the same everyone. Lain-lain mi ug personality and dili mi plastic. We don't have to act like angels just coz so we're moderators and sorry to say too we don't have specific rules to "be nice to members at all times". Just doing our job. Although lain-lain ug pamaagi, lain-lain ug delivery, tungod kay dili mi parehas tanan. So... kung na insultohan mo ug usa ka moderator, or para ninyo hambugero, sukol sad... ayaw paalkansi... although.. learn to do it without violating the rules kay kamo man sad alkanse ana. We're all just a battle of words here, walay personalan gud.

I hate the notion that members think of moderators as mas taas kaysa nila. Pulos ta patas diri tanan. Mas pait gani ang moderator kay we have responsibilities... The fact that we're using only one handle for moderating and for posting, dili nato kuhaan ang mga moderators sa katungod to be themselves. Kining mga moderator nga inyong gireklamo ingon ana na na sila daan sa member pa sila, and it's not because na mod na sila, they could suddenly change their personalities. Some moderators have very strong personalities nga kung mo violate gani mo piti gyud. Besides, we think that members have read the rules and regulations and have checked the "I Agree" button. Sa hamubong sulti... "common sense" na lang gud!

I am against depriving these members their right to express their thoughts though... To all other mods and to the admin too... I think having complaints like this is healthy, kaysa i-suppress nato sila sa ilang mga reklamo and force them to respect moderators. Different members think differently too.. basin para sa usa ingon ani ang iya impression sa usa ka mod, and the other lahi sad iya impression.

So... any member who doesn't like me... you can mention it here and I'll tell you why you don't like me. Just don't call me names.

All I can say is LEAD BY EXAMPLE ......... to the MODERATORS , you are right when you moderate us about being OFF TOPIC , NONSENSE , USING INSULTING WORDS , SENSELESS ATTACKS et cetera but to as per guideline of BEOR , you will never hear us rant or bitch in PUBLIC to avoid chaos.

As what I experienced here in iSTORYA though these is only one of the many forum boards I am part of , I salute the structure of it . back to the MODERATORS , when I say lead by example , you better lead by example . Who can MODERATE them when they are the MODERATORS themselves when at times you fellows are the ones who are OFF TOPIC , NONSENSE , USING INSULTING WORDS , SENSELESS ATTACKS et cetera and who are we right that can moderate you and it happened already a lot of times that they refused to be moderated because they are the " MODERATORS " and manipulates the topic by locking it or utilizing again the all knowing system I am always right propaganda .


As far as Beor's concern , I dont know how active you are in here like me, at least 10 hours a day log on but what if the moderators violated such guidlines for future references ?? Are they subjected to it ?? It is no the concern of me looking for loopholes and their mistakes but to make them realize that sometimes , it is just better to keep their replies to themselves instead of letting the public know about it ( their OFF TOPIC , NONSENSE , USING INSULTING WORDS , SENSELESSD ATTACK ) .

My point is why bother MODERATE us when MODERATORS themselves are guilty of it . To avoid chaos again on these claims , it is for the benefit f the doubt and to all member of iSTORYA wether suki , bata , tigulang , bayot , tomboy , laki , babay , ordinary member , moderator , admin .... hapit na ra ba ang EB ..... it is ugly when you have differences just because of misunderstandings and miscommunications . Peace out !!
