Again showing us that in their world the mayor is above the law. Last time I checked summary execution is definitely not legal. Dare to question their hypocrisy when making statement about "criminals" (or shouldn't it actually be suspects?) or anything else for that matter and what do you get? Not a dignified answer, but the response of a schoolyard bully. They seem to hate explaining themselves as if nobody has the right to question their policies or methods.
