hahahahaha... actually, funny lang kay mga first few days or weeks after nako sya gibuwagan (ako jud nibuwag ha... hahahahaha...) ganahan kaayo ko makig balik niya kaso sya man ang dili magpa kontak kay lagi daw, wala kuno sya'y face nga iharap sa akoa.... toinks....
anyways, wala naman pud ko mag expect nga magbalik pa mi, if ever man, ACQUAINTANCE nalang nya ang akoang tinagdan niya.. sya ang niana nga mag "friends" nalang daw mi, pero lisod man gud kay ang TRUST ang na severe... even in friends, if ma severe ang trust, kay wala na jud na.... so mao na sya....![]()

Something that I feel I need to say
But up to now I’ve always been afraid

hahahahahaha... actually, naka move on naman ko... pero i just give myself time lang sa to reflect on stuffs ba before mag 3 months (3-month-rule after a break up from john lloyd and bea movie?), hapit naman pud, 8 days to go nalang.....
besides, i've accepted the fact nga "SINGLE FOREVER" nako so ok ra...... naka plan naman pud ko ug MANY STUFFS to do after sa 3rd month........![]()

Here are my own ways...
1. Pamper yourself. It feels good if you treat yourself when you're down like going to a parlor, go shopping, buy your favorite food or things.
2. Share your feelings. You could talk to a friend or someone who is comfortable to talk with about what you feel. In that way, you could also feel the care and love of someone and express your sentiments to them. It's one way of ovecoming pain instead of staying in one room alone.
3. Go out with friends or join any organization. You could go out with your friends so that you will not be distracted by your feelings. Joining any organization could also help you forget your sadness. In this way, you could socialize with other people and enhance you confidence.
4. Date someone. You could go out with someone during a heartbreak. This could make you realize that you could appreciate other person aside from your ex.
5. Understand and Accept. Understanding of the things that happen to you could help you move on and realize that it's not the end of the world yet. There could be a lot of opportunities that would come along the way. Acceptance also plays an importand role. You have to accept that you are not for each other and both of you deserve someone that could make you truly happy. Through understanding and acceptance, you may be optimistic of your tomorrow.
