    The advice is partially correct.

    This does not eliminate client side hacking and especially keyboard loggers on internet cafes. HTTPS encryption only happens when the data is transmitted AND on the browser. Keyboard loggers do their work BEFORE any data was transmitted and in essence already have your password even before you click the login button on facebook. (take note that even microsoft has a disclaimer regarding this.) Mao na relative risk when you go to internet cafes. Ayaw lang pag gamit ug credit card or login to your online bank account in a cafe. Ok ra na mawala imong fb account imong kwarta mawala aw, good bye na gyud na forever. :-/
