That's a very complicated for PHP 10,000.00 business. You might put a request tickets as well. You might end no $ because of the lawyer's fee.

In this type of business and scale (I assume that it's not big because you're doing it alone), why cant make your client as your partner? Dont feel them that they are not your friends by signing them lots of papers. Trust is the key and just be honest to your clients and charge them according to your man-hour. In this way, if they will have lots of requests, you just charge them by hours.

If it's complex, it will take time, then you charge more. Dont think about additional charge for intellicatual property because there's nothing intellectual there unless you discovered a breakthrough algorithm.

Ang naa sa MOA kay, ang mga conditions nga akong gi.trabaho apil na ang maintenance ug warranty good for x number of months ug ang ways sa pagbayad..

kung verbal lang gud, daghan madisgrasya ana... usa pa business is business... lisod baya pangita ug kwarta karong panahona... so, better not give the source code... pero depende rasad na nimo bro...

Work smart bro but fair pud sa imong mga clients.

If it is in your MOA that you will provide them with the Source Code, then wala naka mahimo ana bro but to provide them what they need based on the MOA that both of you agreed.

I do have enterprise clients with systems that costs 200k and up, what I always assure them is to provide them with the source code after the project will be turned over...

It would also be safe to both of you to disclose the technical aspects of the programs... you don't want your customers to feel being hostage by simply not giving them those necessary codes. Customers would always question your ability in projects like this. What if you have job opportunities abroad, it would also be unfair for them too, esp. if the company relies already on your system and must take necessary changes on it based on their business position.

Just make it sure that they would never reproduce it, prevent them from making business out of your source codes... you must include these provisions into your MOA...

    Here's a win-win solution bro:

Just release your source code under the BSD license. Under this license, your employer (?) is free to modify and distribute the program with or without the source code as long as you're given credit. You would still retain, however, the freedom to modify and distribute the program yourself.
