    well I'm talking about those engineers nga nag call center agent. dili tong mga engineer nga nag practice sa ilang profession as an engineer sa IT infrastructure. wala ta nagkasinabot sir

    if I knw mas daghan ang mo prefer to work as an "engineer" keysa "call center"

    nya if mo venture naka sa imung field if mag close ang call centers.. ganahan ka mo apply ka ang resume nimo "call center agent" imung employment record? will you be able to land a job easily?

Maybe they will propose a bill, ang Majority sa Americans man pud ang nag outsource, kay tungod sa cheap labor at least ang pinas can communicately better English close to Native speakers jud.     again, specific call center agent akung gipasabot, dili call center agent nga mo handle sa technical support or whatever multi-tasking job nya in the end. "call center agent" ang nakabutang sa resume.
