mid-end videocard suggestions?

ako budget is 4k fixed. I will use this for Autocad 3D, Photoshop, and a little gaming. What cards do you suggest (katong AVAILABLE DIRI SA CEBU)?

My picks:
-inno3d gts250<<< Sadly, NOT available sa PCX,GI,TTI,Nutech, PCQB. Any suggestions asa ko palit?
-ati 4850<< Ambot kinsay nagbaligya ani..

Any more suggestions? NEED JUD NAKO within this week. tnx

With your budget, the gt440 1gb DDR5 is most suitable. In autocad, not so astounding benefit from other higher cards unless you go higher bit.
The best i can recommend is hd6790 but its too farfetched with a budget of 4k.
