I bought a property here and they have not delivered for the promised date of turn-over.
That's why I pull-out my investment. They will just give you false promises.
I'm now planning to file a formal complaint to HLURB.
You cannot trust the people in this company.
It's now 2014 and the development plan of this subdivision states that it will turn-over to homeowners by November 2013.
No turn-over was made.
If you can visit the location you can see that the concrete roads are not complete, the perimeter fence is not complete, amenities is nowhere to be found, drainage is not complete, and so on.

If I were you, I will not trust paramount property ventures...but in case u dnt have a choice, once you deal with them u have to follow up with them every now and then...don't just simply believe on them or rely on them to update you on the progress coz that will never happen all they know is tell lies and bluff and keep you waiting for nothing...At first they look legit and reliable but they're good at keeping you hanging all the time...take it from me coz I have close friends who are their clients...and last visit nako ddto wla pay amenities maski isa...wla mn gani mahuman ang kural nila so bsag kinsa mkasulod ra dli safe na lugar...wla pay mga posts sad imagine dugay na kayu ni they should be done with the construction by 2013 based sa ilang dev plan but until now wla gihapon...

Do a visit first on the site don't just simply trust and believe on what they advertise. Go see for yourself. According to Mazari's development plan everything should be done by 2013 which of course includes their amenities (Resort-Style Amenities including a Multipurpose Pavilion with swimming pool, Pocket Zen Gardens with Koi Pond, Cascading Terraces, Play Area, Jogging Trail and a breathtaking Beachfront View) but until now only few houses were built, no amenities still, perimeter fence are not yet done so security is at risk.
