daghan jud madamay anang mga scammer, kato unta mga tarong mamaligya madaot na hinuon, apil pd ko ani kay seller pd ko ngari sa istorya, and dugay2 napud ko nag buy n sell ngari... mas maau jud unta nga even though wala naka ingon ang buyer og personal warranty, at least ang mga sellers unta mo ingon daun d na maghuwat sa buyer na mangayo pa og warranty and maypag mag buhat nalang og written document or receipt sa transaction.... ang pics napa nako, but ako gi remove.... MAYBE i will post it again... this thread remains open...

mao unta lagi bro, if parehas tanan seller dri.. I myself muhatag man jud kug personal warranty, pero wa ra pud nay gamit ang personal warranty kunuhay if scammer jud kay sayun raman gud pag-ilis2x ug # sa phone.. nawagtang man gud to ang e-UP sa credentials dri ug e-down basta d kontinto....

nope. i dont believe that this post should be closed at all. let it close itself in oblivion. i understand that it may affect the reputation of the sellers and istorya.net as a whole, but the buyers still need protection. plus, its not at all that bad. if ato jud ning makit-an nga nasolve ni nga issue, the buyers will have stronger confidence that issues here in istroya.net can and will be resolved. i mean cmon, internet is not perfectly safe. sh*t happens. it happens everywhere.
now, sa seller. i know they have all been saying this. return the goddam money and apologize. i know TS must have been wrong to believe that the product was untarnished, but cmon. he/she couldnt have made that mistake if u did not cheat. now i would not like to give prejudice, there must be some truth on what you say, but on this case, ur on fault, really. the item has been found with a big problem not long after the transaction, so you have to give him the warranty he rightfully deserves. plus, if you are a seller, a good seller, or say a good logical person, im sure you would understand. and yes, the post may have been derogatory, but u cant blame the customer for that. the best that you could do is respectfully, resolve the issue with your customer, and ur name will be cleared. simple.
well i hope, wala nay ing-ani nga consequences mahitabo sa istorya.net. istorya.net forums has been awesome. it is not just another website we visit, it has become a part of cebuano culture. so let us help on maintaining it the way it is today. scam-free(relatively), nice, and peaceful. i wish all the best for this issue.
