I don't offer any professional teaching services, but may be able able to help with learning French, if you are interested. It could give you a better start when taking the course for your program. Hi Everyone!

For QNP applicants, and those planning to pursue the QNP, try to check/verify first the following before you make any decision.

    1. if TOURIST VISA really grants you the right/privilege to complete a training in a hospital as part of the registration process of your profession

    2. if the PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION PROGRAM is really offered by colleges/institutions to Non-permanent residents/Canadian citizens.

My advise: try not to be naive and gullible. read and gather more information regarding this program, before you make any decision to avoid any painful regrets.

PS: (Too good to be true - It may not be easy and less expensive as what they say it is!)

But in our case, (a lot of us here in Dumaguete City have signed up with this program already)... we are now learning the french language little by little on our own while we our processing our papers for the said program.

About the company, ENHANCE, I really trust the company. I have heard good feedback about them. I am confident enough that I have invested my money right with them.

As per Orientation from your agency, may i ask these questions:

    1. what is the mode of entry going to Québec?
    2. In terms of the French language, what is the level required by the Quebec immigration before you can apply for whatever visa you are applying?
    3. What stage of the application are you in now?
    4. Apart from the clients from your agency who had successful applications to other countries, do you know anyone who is already in Quebec because of this program- QNP?

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi Istoryans,

I am just a newbie here. I registered myself to participate on this topic. I am also undertaking my French class in Alliance Francaise de Cebu @ QC Pavillion. The Quebec Program is the easiest entry if were talking about Canada. I applied to a Company here in Cebu in which I have known them basing from their visa successful rate on their Glory days of UK student visa.

My application is not a student visa unlike what is being offered from the company that is being talked here. Its plain and simple! the company doesn't ask for any payments regarding your application here in Cebu but of course you have to comply the requirements needed for Quebec. The company have just started here in Cebu last 3 months ago but they are acting as a Marketing-arm from a direct Canadian immigration consultant. Meaning, your application goes directly to Canada without any further delays.

From my batch, some of them already received a confirmation of interview for their application for just nearly 2 months waiting time since the day they submitted their documents and imagine its an immigrant application! I really appreciated the services they have given to us. They will give you more information on the processing even if you will not pursue your application.

I really recommend them! No payments involve and they are very knowledgeable with the processing procedure for QUEBEC.

I forgot to mentioned the company.

    WISe, Inc.
Avon Plaza, 4th Floor, Suite 14
    Osmena Blvd. Cebu City
    266-1641

Guaranteed with expertise and knowledge with regards to your application. They will refuse applicants or advise them for any opportunities if you don't have enough experience. This is the only company that talks real TRANSPARENCY of your application. Visit or call them. you will not regret! 101%.

... just today my batch just received a file number from QUEBEC and a confirmation from her interview together with her family. She has less than two months waiting time. Thas why people I really recommend this Company because they have have reliable processing time frame and a transparent service.

Just for a record, this is the only Company in Cebu who is genuinely offering QUEBEC NOMINEE PROGRAM. Not s STUDENT VISA! feel free to visit them and have your experiences assess by a qualified IMMIGRANT LAWYER from CANADA.

Note: Nurses who does not have a paid job experiences can qualify considering if they can proved their volunteering hours up to 1500 hours.
