sa ako nahibaw an ana, di jud na sila kapataka ug sutoy produce ug money, silbi controlado jud buh, murag tungod sa value nga naa sa money.. and agdon man sad ang economy ana ug angay buh magproduce ug daghan kay it neeeds budget man sad daw magproduce ug money..
(just correct me if i'm wrong mga brad..limot naman sad ko gud kay highschool paku ani last nakasugat...)
Lol.... because after a couple of weeks a bag of rice would cost a million pesos and shortly thereafter the economy would completely collapse.
dili tubag sa kalisud ang pag panubra ug distribute sa kwarta gikan sa central bank....mas mo samot ka mahal ang panaliton kung masubrahan ug distribute ang kwarta gikan sa centrral bank...ang paghimo ug pag disribute ssa kwarta nag base rapod na sa economic status or GDP sa pilipinas.kontrolado sab sa world bank ang pag distribute nga kwarta gikan sa central bank.so meaning dili jud magpa taka ug himo ug daghang kwarta ang central bank without aprroval from world bank....
Zimbabwe is a good example for you:

Money Bills are Not the real Money of the country, its only a representation of the actual money the govt have. example of Actual govt money are Golds, Bonds, etc.. that the country have - Mao nay actual money, so dili pwedi magbuhat ug Notes ang govt nga bali ug 10 Billion if iyang pondo 5 billion ra diay.
sama ra na sa if ang airline mamaligya ug 500 ka ticket sa eroplano nya 300 ra diay setting capacity sa plane.
Printing extra money is a recipe for disaster. Look at the history books and you will see that whenever a government has done this in response to inflation things had rapidly gone from bad to worse. Probably the most notorious example of this would be Germany after WW1.
