from MOM website Passes - Ministry of Manpower

Revised Qualifying Salary Threshold for Work Passes

From 1 July 2011, Ministry of Manpower will be implementing changes to the qualifying salary threshold for Employment Pass, Training Employment Pass (TEP) and S Pass. New work pass applicants must earn fixed monthly salaries of at least $8,000, $4,000, $2,800 and $2,000 to qualify for the three categories of Employment Pass (P1, P2, Q1) and S Pass respectively. New TEP applicants must earn fixed monthly salaries of at least $2,800.

At the same time, the qualifying salary threshold for Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) will also be revised accordingly:

    • The last drawn fixed monthly salary of overseas foreign professional must
    be at least $8,000
    • All applicants should have earned an annual fixed salary of at least
    $34,000 in the preceding year
    • All PEP holders must earn an annual fixed salary of at least $34,000 for
each calendar year of their pass

dili man pwede. i checked on their application form, i was also interested in applying for credit card.

    it states

    Application Requirements
    • S$20,000 minimum annual income for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
S$30,000 minimum annual income for Foriegners
    • Aged 21 years old and above

so if you are SPASS 2k monthly then total annual income mo is only 24k yearly, di man ka eligible.
