I wonder what law you can cite that would make it OK for anyone, even a mayor, to attack an officer of the court. Even a retardate can understand that such an attack is an attack upon the court itself which is a serious offense.

This is very much relevant as time and again the argument (excuse) from the pro Duterte camp has been..... but it's tough love, we can't survive without their style of leadership... blah blah blah.
