because they're STARTING here in Cebu, they're looking for the best people to headstart their operations here in Cebu and that's not easy. You cannot expect them to do a one day-hiring process kay gasugod pa sila diri, even their office is not done yet. Besides, if people think they'd rather be somewhere else, eh di go TP doesn't need people who keep on whining. Wala'y perfect na company, naa jud flaws. Dili pa ingon ana ka smooth ilang hiring process because wala pa nahimutang tanan so naa ra na sa pagsabot og sa pagpaabot.. all I can say is, promising kaayo to be part of TP's pioneering batches. I can say, it was worth the wait.

Congrats for being one of the pioneers sa TP...my friend from manila says TP is truly one of the biggest and most stable companies in the Phils and is expanding very rapidly...and i understand pud on the side of the company why slow pa ang ilang process for hiring the right people diri sa cebu..

I feel they need an addition to their workforce cguroh para medyo mapaspas ang hiring process? ..uhmm, they might need a hand in sorting out the candidates? ...they might need assistance sa pag-interview or pag-call sa applicants? they might look for an addition to the recruitment team?!?
