Did you do a follow up sa recruitment office? basi ug natabunan na to imong files. Try to walk-in to their office one time para maka update sad.

It's much better jud nga muresign before mu sign ug another contract with a different company, just to play safe. Makakuha man tingali ka ug pay, pero kato ra sad staff time nimo. I'm not sure sa benefits kung makakuha sad kay probi pa man.

then a week after ila mi sign ug VTO for a month
pero amo giadto ang recruiting dayon after we sign the VTO kay di pede 1month walay work nya unpaid pa jud
ila mi gipatake ug VERSANT for SIRIUS acct unfortunately wala ko pasar
din hulat na pud daw ni ug call or text from them para asa na sad mi ibutang

then after a week na pud OPSVAL for DELL - pasar
techPET training for 5days - failed
so reprofile na pud for KODIAK
OPSAVL na pud ko..

Go back to the recruitment office one last time, ask them kung unsa jud and if ever okay ra mu sign kag contract from other companies para ma void nila imong existing contract. If ever mu resign ka, kang kinsa man nimo i-address nga wa man kaha kay account ron?

ayaw nalang pag asa bro, anha ra na cla mo lihok kung regular na mo.. anha mo ibutang sa lain account kung ma regular mo.. samtang naa pka dha pahimusli.. pabaga sa nawng (meaning: after 1 month pabalikon ka sa stream, i floating ka nila.. all you have to do is log in and log out). stupid kaayo ilang concept, mo hire cla ug bag.o kay replacement sa mga old ones. ang old ones? floating ghapon.. sayang kaayo kwarta nila sa training pa lang daan.

i need ur advise..

I plan to resign..
ok ra immediate resignation or 30days notice?
next week naa koy product training then i plan to resign 2nd week sa aug..
gusto ta ko mo join sa training para bayran pako nila kay i was on VTO for almost 2months(UNPAID pa jud)..

makabayad ba ko ana ug training bond?
under probee contract ko that will end on SEPT
dapat ba nko tiwason nalang pagkaprobee or ok ra resign dayon?
