Unsay mga process agi-han sa beureau of quarantine?

Im planning to bring some aquatic plants from manila to cebu pero basi kinahanglan pa i-quarantine. hoping to hear from your experiences

I once put plants inside a plastic bottle in my baggage. :P gi check in pa gani nako. :P

kasuway ko from bangkok to manila then cebu....handcarry ra nko ang plants sulod sa tupperware nya ako gbutang sa bag. d mana ma.notice if in small quantities lang...

Thanks for the inputs. I was able to bring the plants by stuffing them inside a tupperware-like container and checking them in. There was no problem whatsoever with airport security. My mom was even able to bring a bottle of mineral water from outside the airport all the way into the airplane. hehe.
