nothing is permanent in this world. labor always go with political and economic climate. maybe it is time for our nurses, PT's, engineers, commerce professionals, etc. to practice their careers or further themselves in another.
the Philippines' major problem is not lack of jobs but job mismatch. maybe it is time to teach kids as early as highschool, financial management and career counselling.
if people take courses geared towards a job abroad and doesn't have the means to actually do so, they'll end up stuck in the country jobless or in a callcenter or teaching english to koreans.
