I currently have an application from one of the real estate developers. I just finished paying the equity for the property that I will be purchasing. But my problem is that I just resigned from my job due to health reasons. I am worried that I may not be eligible for a housing loan from Pag-Ibig. Are they strict when it comes to loaners that don't have jobs? I am very confident that I can still pay for the monthly amortization even for a year without a job, which is enough time for me to recover for my health. Any information about this will greatly be appreciated.

mao ni pinakamaayo buhaton nimo. attend ug loan counseling naa na didto tanan i discuss puede sad ka ka ask ug questions.
ang schedule kay every monday and friday from 9am to 11am

@sport30, thank you for this info. I guess, attend na lang ko seminar balik kay the last time i attended the seminar was a year ago and naa pakoy work adto nga time.
