Malacañang sends Army brigade to help build CICC
ARMY soldiers trained to do construction work have been sent to the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) to help speed up the pace of the project which is on a tight deadline to be completed by Nov. 15....
"The President's instruction was for us to assist in whatever help we can give to them. When I received the letter of Ambassador Paynor, I immediately went to see the project site manager but so far what they asked us to do was to clean the debris and paint flower boxes".

Nag start na daw sa interiors ang scope karon sa CICC...basically, ang interiors and specialized works maoy pinaka lisod mahuman sa mga scope of works sa construction...I just hope mahuman gyud ni cya on-time for the Cebuano's sake and the Filipinos in general..
