I've posted it several times already and I don't want to keep on repeating myself...

The figures I gave are based on actual surveys and statistics.
Unsay labot sa GDP sa concept sa God or Religion?
Being Rich doesn't mean your Good.
Being Rich doesn't mean your Happy.
Having high IQ doesn't mean you're a good Person.

The teachings of God is Not about how to become rich or how to become Genius. God teaches us to be happy, humble, to be good, and to endure hardships here on earth because the reward is in the afterlife and that reward will be Eternal.

There's a lot of Negative effects if your rich and genius rather than being poor and have ordinary mind.

Infact, being rich allows you top help more people like what philanthrophists are doing.

Also, religion does not own the exclusive rights to a person living a good life.
But Giving to others even if you are Poor has more value, helping others even if you need help yourself is a great sacrifice - that's the teaching of God.

You will see the true Character of a person if he is Down and poor rather than when he is Rich and on top.

Believers of God prepare for the Good times in afterlife rather than the Good times here on this Finite earth.

Atheists are proving that it is possible.
The question is what is your basis of what is Good and What is Bad if you don't believe in GOD? based on religions basis of morality?

    Society.

History has shown that religion bases its morality on the social norms at the time.

That explains why it was morally acceptable to kill people during the inquisition and crusades.

The pope during those times was more on a war lord or a military general than the spiritual leader we see today.

I suggest you read up more on history so you will have a better understanding of how society shapes a cultures laws and morality.

The point you have to understand is.... morality is not constant across different cultures and eras. There is no absolute morality so to speak.. not even in the Catholic Church.

If that's your belief then that's yours. I am not telling here "Come to the church and have my religion." What i am doing here is to answer you why i chose this one. If you are having a good life in your practice then that's great, I am happy for you. We have a different world my friend. Diba kamu man ang sgeg defend diha. What do you really want? me converting into atheism? hehehe you know what.... I am not confused
    Have you heard the saying:

"two hands working can do more than a million clasped in prayer"

    ...

We think praying to God is a waste of time because if he really did exist, he would rather you spend your time helping others than wasting your time worshiping him... unless of course he is Vain and he thinks that your act of prayer is a better use of your time than helping others.

    Morality based on what?
    Good based on what guidelines?

Theist believe in absolute morality given by God. Atheist believe that morality is Relative on each persons own perspective. Please state what is your basis for Good and Bad first before you will say that word because we have different basis for that and each Atheist has his own concept and Guidelines on what is Good and what is Bad. You cannot use the "We, Atheist, and Morality" on the same sentence because it will be self defeating.
