BTW, the rooms are newly renovated and you have an option to have airconditioning but this will be submetered already. I really suggest for interested parties to see the place for you to appreciate.

where is the exact location? i hope it's not in the san miguel area though it is near the I.T. Park, it is dark and full of squatters and military barracks.
