Counterspy just find more spyware and traces of spyware. I had ewido/avg antispyware, did a full scan with updated signatures, and after that, did a full scan with counterspy with updated signatures and counterspy still found threats which ewido did not find (and I am talking about threats, not cookies).
All of my computer are connected: DSL->Router (additional firewall rules added to drop any gromozon site) -> PC
PC has: Lock 'n Stop Firewall, peerguardian 2, nod32 and counterspy.
So far, NO infection or trojan at all.

hmmm, really tried ewido long time ago and find it great. it helped me save my previous system from a very fatal lurker. i wonder why its detection has FP now... too bad.

guess AVG has bought the late top antispyware program.

good protection you got there, i love that nod32. the fastest scanner for me with the greatest detection signatures. its very light too.

I'm pretty impressed with AVG antispyware.. just this morning it found adware related threats that were not detected by spybot, ad-aware SE and pc cillin 2006 (pc cillin blocks access to those infected files but were not able to detect threats on said files)

features i liked : a tool to uninstall browser helper objects, auto start programs list, process list. interface is very easy. I'd highly recommend it.
