anyway, overcoming a broken heart should start from loving yourself.. as they said, you need to undergo the & stages of grief..

1. SHOCK & DENIAL
2. PAIN & GUILT
3. ANGER & BARGAINING
4. "DEPRESSION", REFLECTION, LONELINESS (i hate this part)
5. THE UPWARD TURN
6. RECONSTRUCTION & WORKING THROUGH
7. ACCEPTANCE & HOPE

-- been hurt really bad previously and all I can say is.. when you try to cheat yourself by insisting that you are already on the 7th stage, I'm afraid it will really go back to that specific stage where the situation is supposed to be.

Easier said than done sa mga preha nko hehehe ... I'm not good at goodbyes... I'm that type of guy who has problems in letting go of stuffs that i treasure... like my wallet I've had this since elementary... I can seem to replace it (btw it's not that damaged)... The same principle applies with relationships.
