The list is not accurate , daghan flaws ani since nobody in their right mind wants to disclose their actual FORTUNE to the public .
Kani na list is only a GUESSTIMATE according to the stocks they own , business they operate , possible income quarterly etc .

I guess some of those not included in the lists ARE NOT INCLUDED because they are not submitting their total earnings for the government to examine..
I know for the fact that there are a lot of secret millionaires still here in the Philippines who are not included in the list, yet these same secret millionaires (some though) are not transparent with their total earnings and some are even TOTAL TAX EVADERS....
They are not in the WHO's WHo list because some of them got their wealths illegally... and ply their millions through illegal means....

walay labot ani nga lista ang katong mga tao nga nadato pinaagi sa pangurakot sa mga tao or pag negosyo ug illegal e.g drogas, *** dens etc....
Sa ingon pa sa akong uyoan.. Mas dali ka madato if mag ini illegal ka kay sa magtinarong ka.... dali ra kau ka madato jud if ang negosyo nimo illegal.. mas lisod pangitaon ang kwarta sa tinarong paagi...
ang imong kontra lang if mag negosyo kag illegal kay imong kaugalingon, labi na imong konsencya... d ka makatulog sa gabii, labi na maghuna huna ka sa mga tao imong giligsan or mga pamilya imong gbungkag sa imong illegal nga negosyo.....
