61fps vs 74fps... i dont see the difference there in real-world performance... price of procie making 61fps vs price of procie making 74fps---there i see a big difference....

Like I said master werty, avg fps na.. poor example, minimum fps difference should be about 10-15fps, on my end I get that kind of result. But I know kasabot ka sa akong pasabot

A weak cpu is usually associated with poor minimum fps. You may be chugging with playable fps on average but the question is how about on intensive scenes involving a large amount of ai? Naa koy sempron before paired it with the HD4670. Framerates in COD4 is acceptable, smooth sailing at 40fps. Pero pag abot sa daghang ai, kamang, 15fps. Upgraded to a Pentium DC E5200. Gamay ra gain sa average fps but the minimum fps barely goes below 30. No more framerate dipping.

    pa OT ko gamay. hehe..
how will i know if the procie can't cope up with the gpu?
i mean.. how will we know that both sides are okay?

Try running game benchmarks like Farcry 2. This is a good test since the benchmark output is a graph. You can see a lot of dips in the graph (minimum framerate) if your cpu is bottlenecked. GTA IV benchmark is also a good one. This game was the main reason why i have decided to finally let go of my wonderful E8400 which by the way was the 2nd best (to E8600, not considering E8500) dual core gaming cpu in its days.
