3. Las Vegas taxes is really high

I dont believe the list.
We have a couple of silent billionaire's here in Cebu.
Why? At one funeral I attended one of Cebu's old shipping magnates, I heard from a very reliable source that Php150 M was given to each of his children and another 50M to each of his grandchild. After that, there was an excess of around 300M which would be given for any future grand children. Even as guests, all of us who 'were called to attend' (w/ invitations) were even given parting gifts.

I consider him among the top 5 richest in Cebu. But there are others here that could rival his fortune.
Maybe you know or have heard of him, but his cremated remains lies in the middle of his mansion, so he can see and monitor what's going on everyday. Dli lang ko mo mention sa iya name kay maybe kag-on ko.hehe And Yes, he's a Fil-Chi.

even if you are a PESO billionaire, dili japun ka maapil sa list. ngano man? Php 1 billion is just around US$23 million and if you will notice, ang minimum para ma-inculde sa list is US$85 million. so mura'g layu pa kaayu. of all cebuanos, si gokongwei pa jud tingali ang ma-consider nga certified tycoon...
