here's what i did:
gi record nako sa video cam/cp ang panaglalis..
pag ni silence na, i played the video on pc- pra mka kta cla unsa cla kung unsa ila gibuhat...
after the other half or both watched, ning kalma na cla.
akoa dayon cla gi threat, "i upload ta mo sa youtube!"..
result: tagsa na gyud kaayo cla mag away
..sounds crazy but very effective

advise them not to raise voices... and to keep ther argument in private, maybe in ther room where children cant hear them... coz its not healthy..

Its really traumatic for children to see their parents fighting especially if they are hurting each other at the same time. They are the ones more affected on that instance. So couples, should avoid fighting in front of their children, as much as possible, if you have misunderstanding, try to settle things in a way that your children wont see you.
