Well majority of these migrants or settlers that shaped manila today are our kababayans from here in visayas and mindanao.. Remove the bisaya from manila and you will see a deserted land. Mamingaw jud ang manila murag mubalik ka sa 1960's..

I grew up in Manila in the late 80's until the early 90's. Bisag adtong mga panahona, medyo limpyo pa ang Manila. I still remember the Makati business district ug sa may Ayala area nindot pa kaayo. Of course wala pa'y MRT along EDSA, wala pa pud kaayo'y flyover dinhang dapita. Pag balik nako sa Manila pag 2005, na shock ko sa environment. Ni grabe pag ayo ang pollution ug samok na kaayo ug puerti ng hugawa.

nice pix. lisod na ni ibalik kay grabe na kadaghan sa sakyanan karon sa manila. pero ang kalimpyo sa palibot murag pwede pa na basta dili lang unta pataka ug labay sa hugaw ang mga tao then implement strict rules. Mulihok ra man pud ang goberno if large scale problem na. tsk tsk tsk
