St. Bernard has been actively been retraining and preparing their people in the event of another disasters or alike. The new LGU had been very supportive since they were voted by the people to make changes in the town..Just last APRIL we trained all youth leaders in the town on Disaster Risk Reduction..It was very successful!..The LGU is now finalizing their appropriations for the creation of their Municipal Emergency Responder Team that will address any eventualities that may arise onwards..
