    ay sorry forgot to update here. the manufacturer said some CATS may be allergic to essential oils but they didn't say there would be an issue with guinea pigs. however, just as a precaution, if you are to apply this product on your guinea pig, observe him/her closely for the first week of application...if there are any reactions to it. discontinue immediately.
