PS. There are two errors in your sentence: "If God loved this world, he should've not permitted suffering in this world."
1) It should be "If God loves..." because He hasn't stopped loving us ever since.
2) "should've not" is grammatically incorrect. Use "shouldn't have" next time.

what an idiot father.... he should never left his son on his own, labi na naa ra duol kaau sa railway.
