we have to plan and implement AHEAD. dili ta mo lihok kong congested na and its already too late, urban planning should be at least 20 yrs AHEAD

this would be really good if it'll happen. they'll be creating express ways over the existing highways...haha..hooray for those proposals!

Kung road widening pud dili madali dali tungod sa mga private lots, kanindot kaha kung daghan mga karsada sa sugbo nga mapalapdan pareha dinha sa escario nga 2009 gisugdan karon nahuman na. ang mabolo pud nag plan ug widening sa MJ. Cuenco 2008 pa pero wala pa masugdi , ang cansaga road sa consolacion gi palapdan napud nila then wala pa kaayoy mga sakyanan mangagi dinha ug wala pa kaayoy mga establishments nga gipangtukod' 10 years from now magubot napud na ang traffic dinha sa Lilo-an, trapik man gihapon ang mandaue nga kadaku sa NRA..

IMO, not a good idea, i don't like the idea of having good roads but for business. this one shows the failure of the govt. Roads are for free not for pay, we payed taxes for the govt to provide us what we need. this shouldn't be the case. In the long run people will always be on the disadvantage, the toll fees will be higher and the companies will always look for an increase to maximize profit then left us with nothing but to accept it. this is like Gasoline, the Owners are dictating the price and the way things should run out. this will also had an impact in our goods, because there will be an increase cost of transportation. I hope Cebu will not be like Manila.

well, roads are still for the people. Im not rich but I agree to this. the rich can mount the expensive road and the less fortunate = me and some other motorist not as well endowed in money can have a less congested road.

anyways its not like this is a compulsory road. This is an option road for the well endowed people, for the vacationing people, and for the people who ride buses and Vhires to and fro at a ridiculous fare. If we look at it from the point of view you are offering its Gloomy, but the solution is to get a lesser congested road. if that is their main goal then in my book they are not bad at all.

any ways its not like if this road will be operational all the other roads will be demolished.

if this road is operational then just like the RH bill we will have more options. In the end it is up to the user if they will opt for this wide straight nice clean safe road or the current road now. if you are good in counting your gasoline you can make up a good formula either by computation or by experiencing which one is cheaper.

Imagine if this road is as wide and as straight as the SRP now. it would be worth plying from here to bogo.

I like this proposal vehemently, and passionately.
