Id like to say that elite ang xbox na accnt kay pinili ra gyud kau ang ibutang sa floor...from what i know there are 75 core agents on the floor na mag calls and naa pud small number na chat/email support we call it back office...i dunno pila sa australia na accnt...wave 24 na guro karn or 25 kay naa man taga intuit nga agents ni lateral sa xbox kay nag close na ila dept. But the account itself s there pa ha. Di ko sure if gi count ba sila as wave sumthing or what..before pag open sa accnt projected to nga 500 agents ibutang amd i think hapit to ma abot ana nga count but sadly wala ka pasar sa metrics ang kadaghanan mao gi pang reprofile or eoc.. Ang uban balhin sa backoffice...basta ako estimate is there are about 150-200 personell running the US ops and about 50-75 sa AUS/NZ ops..but again di ko sure just giving my rough estimates there cud be more or there cud be less...

Sa amu shift mga 3-4 teams rami during opening and thats a 15 man team...sa AUS/NZ kay there are 3-4 waves total yata..again rough estimates raning ako kay di man kaau close ang US ug AUS/NZ teams...north ug south wing man gud ang bahin sa entire 7th floor...hehehe gamay ra tuod ang xbox but grabe ka suod ang mga teams..mga maau pa diod kaau ug mga TMs...cept sa usa na sagoy hahaha..come to think of it two shifts raman diay mi, opening ug closing...mga 8 teams ra diod diay total bai sa US ops hhhehe mao na ang actual na mag calls hap la ko kahibaw sa taga back office..

So far wala diod kaluoy sa diyos..nya usa pd simple ra ang lifestyle sa mga tao dri sa xbox, inom ra gyud kalipay namu be it eskina sa dalan or sa routestop..hehehe actually gara2x ra nang last line nako but btaw honestly lang ok ra kaau ang xbox...but then again nidota kaha ug 20% pa nuh!?!
