"Dela Cerna told Judge Paredes he had “serious doubts” on the capability of IT expert Leo John Oliveros to handle the electronic evidence.

So Judge Paredes ordered him to cross-examine Oliveros.

While he had no experience in court-related retrieval of electronic evidence, Oliveros said his training in retrieving forensic evidence and file management are quite similar.

Judge Paredes later ruled to allow the USB viewing for a specific purpose: the court wants to know how relevant the contents are to the kidnapping with homicide charge.

Oliveros observed that no modifications were done on the USB flash drive contents. The USB has one “fresh file” and three folders saved on it. One of the folders showed pictures of cartoon characters, a woman cuddling a baby and landscapes, among other pictures. "

Naa jd guro ni kapit sa government sis kay imagine gikuha gud cya ni Judge Paredes sa kang Ellah nga case! Sikat2 na baya na nga case lately. You should make legal actions ani niya para mauli imo money and para pud dili na ni cya maka victimized ug lain especially nato diri nga hilig mopalit sa buy and sell section diri istorya. Tabang ta up ani scammer beh para ma aware ang mga people ani niya.

I was told by our common friend na naa jud ni syay gisaligan kay number of his relatives are sitting in the high position of the government.... i was just told but i don't have any idea kinsa nila. I guess his maternal side nga relatives are well-known in Danao. They must have made name in their place --ENRIQUEZ.

Actually, I made a complaint na sa NBI -Cebu about him last January....too bad I have a very "payak" evidence to pin him. As I have stated na he made use of his friends to claim the money on his behalf. I guess he's hell of a PRO CON ARTIST. But anywayz, as I've told that NBI guy, no matter how slim my evidence are, I'm still gonna make the formal complaint to make a record of his evil doings. That's a good start. It's discouraging actually pero I can't just stay mum of what he did to me. I want people to know the real truth of his other side.

He even threaten me before to sue me of libel coz of that post I did in Facebook telling people about what he did. What is so libelous about it when it was really what happened? The truth.

this name is all over the internet. valuable information also. it wont be so hard to track this person, all you need is the will to do it. don't give up, do it for your kids and your future
