CUSTOMER SERVICE / TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS

Qualifications:
• With high IQ.
• With Call Center / BPO experience of not less than 6 months to a year is required (for TSS).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome (for CSS).
• Willing to work in shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Between 18 to 30 years old, male or female.
• At least 2nd year college level.
• Willing to be hired immediately.
• Knowledgeable in computer and Internet applications are required.
• Willing to undergo extensive training.
• Graduate of any IT/Business or any related course, an advantage.
• Can type 30 to 45 wpm.
• Above average communications skill
